Not every cycle change is an emergency — but some patterns deserve a proper work-up rather than another painkiller.
Patterns that need review
Soaking pads hourly, clots, cycles shorter than 21 days or longer than 35, bleeding between periods, or pain that stops daily life should be assessed.
First-line checks
History, examination, ultrasound and selected blood tests usually come before any surgery. Many causes are medical and reversible.
Book a gynecology visit
If periods have changed and you are unsure what is normal, book a consultation at Vedaya. Bring a simple note of your last three cycle dates.
