Fertility & IVF
If you are under 35, seek help after 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse. If you are 35 or older, after 6 months. Come earlier if cycles are irregular, periods are very painful, or there is a known male or female factor.
We review both partners’ history, prior reports and any earlier treatment. You leave with a clear plan for basic tests and a written next step — not a hard sell for IVF on day one.
No. Many couples conceive with timed intercourse, ovulation induction or IUI. IVF is recommended when simpler options are unlikely to work, or after they have been tried without success.
A typical cycle takes about four to six weeks from stimulation start to the pregnancy test, with several short monitoring visits in between. Exact timing depends on your response to medicines.
Daily injections cause mild discomfort for most people. Egg retrieval is done under light sedation. Embryo transfer is usually brief and outpatient. Your team will explain what to expect at each step.
Gynecology & pregnancy
Common concerns include PCOS, irregular or heavy periods, fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, infections, menopause symptoms and cervical screening. Laparoscopy is available when surgery is needed.
Book as soon as you know you are pregnant, ideally in the first trimester. Early visits confirm dates, baseline health and the scan and blood-test schedule for the rest of pregnancy.
Yes. Pregnancies with hypertension, diabetes, prior losses, twin pregnancy or other risk factors are monitored more closely, with a written plan shared at each visit.
